Please note that we request a
minimum stay of 2 nights on all bookings
between April and October and reserve the right to determine whether to accept a
booking for one night only at all other times.
If a room is not available for the full length of your
intended stay, we can offer guests a room swap, subject to availability and to a
minimum stay of 3 nights

To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of
£30 for stays of 1 or 2 nights or
£60 for stays of 3, 4 or 5 nights
£100 for stays of 6 nights or more

If you wish to pay by cash or
cheque, we require that the full balance of your accommodation be paid at
the time of booking.
Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
Establishment Terms
and Conditions
We
are strictly a no-smoking establishment.
Guests are welcome to check in any time after
4.00.p.m.
Guests
must please vacate their room by 10.00 am on day of departure
Guests who have animal allergies may wish to
note that we have cats at Evergreen
Cancellation
Policy
If, for any reason, you require to cancel your
booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to re-let the room, please note that
as you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following
charges will apply:-
Cancellation -

1 - 3 days prior to arrival date or a failure to take up the booking
without any prior notification - namely a "no show" - 100% of the full value of the
booking |

4
– 14 days prior to arrival date - 50% of the full value of the
booking |
| 15 - 28
days prior to arrival date - 25% of the full value of the
booking |
We recommend that you take out travel/holiday insurance so that you are covered for
any charges due on cancellation.
