Evergreen is perfect for that special occasion - a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon or simply for a luxury short break.

We have two rooms at Evergreen, both on the ground floor while the lounge/dining room and decking for guests is upstairs where you get wonderful views of the loch. Follow this link for large photographs of our rooms and facilities

The Superior Master bedroom is a very spacious and bright room with a large king size bed (6ft wide) and this room can be adapted to also provide twin or with the addition of a single bed, triple accommodation. There are two comfortable easy chairs in the room beside the large bay window. The en suite includes a bath and a separate shower - an ideal way to pamper yourself or simply relax aching limbs after a long day's walking or touring.

From the large bay window you can see Loch Ness as well as deep into the woodland around the house

Our luxury double bedroom is another spacious room and the accommodation comprises a kingsize bed (5ft wide) and a comfortable easy chair to allow you to relax. The en suite facilities include a wonderful large shower with two separate shower heads and it is a real luxury at the end of the day.

The room is at the side of the house overlooking our alpine border and is finished to the same high standard as the Master bedroom.

Up a spiral staircase and through into the guests dining room/lounge. This is a large bright and sunny room where you can take in the views to the front and side of the house as you enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The sika deer regularly come out of the forest and can be seen grazing beside the forest track or watch the red squirrels in our back garden, sharing the bird feeder with a wonderful selection of garden birds. The lounge/dining room also gives access out onto the decking at the side of the house, an ideal place to watch the loch or listen to the sounds of the forest.

In the lounge there is a large selection of books on Scotland and the Loch Ness area, as well as maps and general information. We also provide free access to the Internet via a Wireless Network to allow our guests to keep in touch with family back home. 

If you have had a long journey or are unfamiliar with the area we can offer an evening meal on the night of your arrival. Simply advise us at the time of booking. We provide a set 3 course meal with complimentary wine, finishing with after dinner chocolates and tea/coffee. We cater for vegetarians and vegans, offer a variety of different styles of food, and use fresh local produce where possible. See our sample menus - Breakfast and Dinner Menus.

Choose our Dinner, Bed and breakfast package and enjoy a free pick up and drop off service from Inverness (subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights) Our normal check- in time is 4.00 p.m. but we can offer a flexible service and pick you up any time after 2.00 p.m. At the time of booking, simply let us know which mode of transport you will be using.  For technical reasons this complete package cannot be booked online so after Checking availability please phone us with your reservation request.

We can recommend a choice of quality places to eat out in the evening, only a short drive from Evergreen. This includes the Dores Inn, Craigdarroch Hotel, Foyers, the Boat House at Fort Augustus, or a great range and variety of restaurants in Inverness.
