Terms and Conditions:-

Please note that we request a minimum stay of 2 nights on all bookings between April and October and reserve the right to determine whether to accept a booking for one night only at all other times. We want to encourage guests to really see the Loch Ness area and 1 night stays mean increased laundry which does not equate with our environmental policy in terms of minimising energy and water use.

If you have had a long journey or are unfamiliar with the area, we are able to offer a set 3 course evening meal on the night of your arrival. Dinner is a set 3 course meal with complimentary wine, followed by tea/coffee and after dinner chocolates and is priced at £25 per person. Click here to view our
sample menus. If you would like dinner at Evergreen on the night of your arrival, you must advise us at the time of booking.

If you choose our Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package which includes a free pick up and drop off service, dinner is available throughout your stay. Alternatively, dinner can be requested for other nights of your stay by special prior arrangement. 

  • We are strictly a no-smoking establishment.
  • Guests are welcome to check in any time after 4.00.p.m.
  • Guests must please vacate their room by 10.00 am on day of departure
  • Guests who have animal allergies may wish to note that we have a cat at Evergreen

How To Book

To book online, please go to our online booking page and follow the easy steps.  To book our dinner, bed and breakfast package which includes free pick up and drop off, please phone us to make your reservation as this cannot be booked online.

Alternatively, if the date(s) you are interested in are available, but you do not wish to book online or if you have any questions, please
e mail, phone or fax us with your request. 
We also ask you to phone,
e mail or fax first if:

  • Your party includes children under 12.
  • Your party is 3 persons and you all wish to stay in our master bedroom

To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of
£30 for stays of 2 nights
£60 for stays of 3, 4 or 5 nights
£100 for stays of 6 nights or more

Please note that these are the deposits taken over the phone - if you book online a depoist of 20% of the full value of the booking is taken.

Payment can be made by:-
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) (card number and expiry date and last 3 digit number on reverse of card)
Debit card (Delta) (card number, start date, expiry date and last 3 digit number of reverse of card)
Debit card (Switch) (card number, start date, expiry date, last 3 digit number on reverse of card and issue number)

Please note that we do not add any charges for the use of credit or debit cards

Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy.
If, for any reason, you require to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to re-let the room, please note that as you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following charges will apply:-


Cancellation :-
• 1 - 3 days prior to arrival date or a failure to take up the booking without any prior notification - namely a "no show" - 100% of the full value of the booking
• 4 – 14 days prior to arrival date - 50% of the full value of the booking
• 15 - 28 days prior to arrival date - 25% of the full value of the booking

We recommend that you take out travel/holiday insurance so that you are covered for any charges due on cancellation.
